Shipping policy


At Beginning Roots, we take great care in preparing your order so it arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing

All in-stock orders placed Monday–Friday are usually processed within 3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be picked up by the carrier the following business day.

Please note: during peak times, promotional sales, or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5+ business days. Processing time does not include transit time — expedited shipping applies once the carrier has your package.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Promotional Offers

Promotional codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or after the promotion has expired. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer.

Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please email photos of the product in its original packaging and shipping box to support@beginningroots.com along with your order number within 5 days of delivery.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it:

First, check with your mail carrier and/or local post office.

If you live in an apartment or gated community, confirm with your leasing office or mailroom.

Then contact us with your order number so we can assist.

Beginning Roots is not responsible for stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered. Please choose a secure delivery location or use carrier options to reroute to a pickup location.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping is being explored and will be announced once available.

Domestic orders shipped to personal or business addresses do not require a signature unless specifically requested.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, you will be refunded the product cost minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, unless prior arrangements are made with us. Reshipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Updates

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:

Order Confirmation (when payment is received)

Fulfillment Notification (when we prepare your order)

Shipping Notification with Tracking (when the carrier picks up your package)

Delivery Notification (when the carrier marks the package delivered)

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Beginning Roots cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

APO / FPO Military Addresses

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Service.
